i took a very brief look at ATPG. i dont think ive ever seen a company with a market cap this small covered by 16 different analysts. Just based on that I cant say its undiscovered or that market pricing can be real inefficient.

a few energy stocks fxen large land holdings in Poland, major multi-nationals buying up land in Poland, cashflow driving development soon, long lived wells ne a well run offshore driller look like reasonably good energy bets here.
