Who promotes opening your mind until your brain falls out. "Streaming IPTV works great if your download speed is good enough." Not necessarily. While bandwidth is a factor, QoS concerns are a larger one, especially given the small data sets for the typically streamed video connection. Latency, and variable delays for different paths from source to client are the biggest factors. And that comes from not being in a large metro area where these things are addressed through caching on the routers and switches.
