I would start with a ten percent cut across the board....nothing spared......including all entitlement programs... But you can't........that's a conservative fantasy. Its like a kid dreaming of trees that grow candy. There are real people who depend on those entitlement programs......some who got there by their own stupid missteps; others by no fault of their own. Nonetheless, they are all Americans and we are all responsible for their well being whether we like it or not.
