Michael:

The accounts receivable surge should have been
understood by management. A/R doesn't just jump
35 % on flat sales without some bogus entries.
This is the thread that the investigators will focus on.

Also, while they reported bogus results to the street,
somehow they decided not to continue this stuff to
the 10Q report for the S.E.C. boys which is due now.

So they found some religion so to speak. That's how these things
usually go. eventually you have to stop and spill it out.
But that is after you got to sell off all your stock at much
higher levels. So what are we going to do to that ignoramous,
Johnson.

However, the previous 2 or 3 quarters (since Johnson arrived coincidently) are incorrect, but to
a far lesser extent than the most recent quarter (September).
I think they are trying to cut their legal losses somehow.

We shall see more news on this, It not over by any means.
It will be be bad news .. not positive for a while.

The investors won't take this "lying" down.

Do you really think Johnson is that naive ?
Maybe no one ever explained to him about the accounting of
distributor revenue, huh ? Yeah, that's it. Dumb, Brit !
