I disagree with their ideas, but I think their motivations are mostly honestly expressed.

I think they are mostly honest, too.

However, I think most cannot differentiate between health improvements and redistribution. I didn't see anyone fighting for improved health care across the board, only for getting the uninsured insured. Actually, I don't think they can differentiate between health insurance and health care, either. If you cannot see health improvements any way other than through "a bigger government role in our health care payements system," if you've so conflated those notions, then it hardly matters whether they're after improved health or redistribution.
