Your statement is simply opinion and offers no data to validate your conclusions that my analysis is wrong. Secondly, why do you assume that I did not read the S-3, and why do you patronizingly tell me to "ask a broker for assistance."? Your unfounded assumptions about my background are about as intelligent as your unsubstantiated comments about my analysis. Regards Emile
