Nothing in here at all about those state geniuses who waited post facto to elevate their own awareness, and responsibility for enabling funds on deposit without proper diversification.... this story is about combinations of failure...with the lawmakers who rely on compartmentalists logics to provide plausible denyability as cover. The lesson, Experts are always variables.
