After a little reading it might not be a better deal than the one in Jan. It would be nice if they would retain a well or two from the Hanson property...

Ipso, Doral Energy (DRLY) -- the fat lady was all ready to strike her first note and then she suddenly stopped, yet she still hasn't stepped down from the stage.

This is a much better deal than the January one, IMO, now let's see if they can get to a binding contract in less than 2 weeks. Given the pace at which they have progressed so far that seems like a tall order. I still wonder whether Alamo is just yankin' Doral's chain and will never actually come up with any cash, until Doral has declared BK.

I know Doral still has an interest in the Cave Pool project but Milltex doesn't ring a bell -- I think they either never closed on acquiring that or did so but immediately flipped it.

Right now this is somewhat of a "black hole", I can't really opine on it one way or the other.

Ed, Doral (DRLY): it looks like Alamo is serious this time...

marketwatch.com

It looks they're actually going to pull through... Alamo stands to lose $250,000 if they back out now. Doral's book value is .12/share per last 10k. It seems logical to me drly is at least worth that, no? I don't really know how much upside potential exists if they close the deal, but being debt free seems positive to me!
