Ummm, for you maybe. How can infinite compassion and love evoke fear... Because God is just as well as loving and merciful. As we all realize deep down I think. He's CLEARLY pointing to a god that "blames them for their own mistakes".... Its a conforting lie that we don't have free will and are not responsible for our sins. My God blames no one... only forgives and loves. Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot? Blameless souls deserving of infinite love and forgiveness, its really God's fault they killed all those people?
