I don't see why this is so imaginary, seeing how the microchips exist (I have one in my dog), and even a few cases where they have been used on humans.

I don't know. They seem to be prone to stuff like this. Remember when they were running around in little circles over the administration wanting to revive the Fairness Doctrine? Despite the administration saying repeatedly that they weren't going to do that?

They seem to enjoy being spooked by phantoms.
