We will find out 11/13. The price is low because there are no earnings. The company has nearly revamped its entire line. The new releases and upgrades won't impact earnings until the Febuary report. They already announced a loss of several milllion based on a return write off. I can't imagine any secret, but I have been surprised in the past. However, I think they will gain market share from McAfee, Symantec, CyberMedia, and Helix in 98.

Whatever happened to Web Compass?
I'm still a faithful user. But whenever I've put in on a machine that I've built for a friend and then look at their machine later (after their kids screw it up), I'm finding no one is using it.
I know it is takes a little patience to add additional search engines or password sites. But otherwise, for me it has found supplier sites that have save me $'s.
It saves your past searches. You can update searches automatically. It is better than the Forefront product (I did a trial on theirs).
Was the $50 price too high? Could they update it and maybe sell a higher volume at $19 and still make money. Just sort to sad to see a good tool go unused.
