Obama has the balls but he doesn't have the legal talent to match GS. At least, I don't think he does. More importantly, he doesn't have a CASE. There is scant evidence to suggest any crime was committed. This isn't about GS. The case is 100% politically motivated, with the objective being jamming regulation -- some of which MAY be needed -- through Congress. Just as was done with health care reform. The difference is most people ALREADY believe Wall Street is evil, and there will not have to be a campaign carried out against WS as there was with the insurance companies.
