What you say is correct-Nobody seems to care about anything good said about VVUS these days. Thats the problem. Article in Wall Street Journal, upgrades, Marketing agreement, and rumors of UK approval, possible new plant clearance looming-yet the stock continues to slide. The problem is the perception that VVUS has no future once orals hit the market continues to offset any good news these days. That is why I think it is imperative for them to speak up and let people know that they will still be a growth company next year (if that is the case).

DB...I care what you wrote about the Dain Bosworth symposium, but I must have missed it. What post #? There were about 25 posts that I ignored a few hundred back, after reading the headings. I hope yours wasn't one of the ones I didn't read.

I did read one from Leo that was incorrect though. He lumped receivables in cash equivalents. Nope. Only liquid securities are considered equivalents. And they are what they say: equal to cash.
Any CFO that kept a 100 million in a checking account without reinvesting it in short term/long term securities would be fired. I know you knew that.
