Tom, just some tax loss selling.

I don't think anyone is looking (or has looked) at IMPX. I'm sure that none of the big semis would be interested in IMPX. It seems to me that someone like EXAR might be interested but I dont see them getting into the fab business. SILI could benefit however, TEMIC would never allow it. Apart from that your really talking about management buy-out or someone like IC-Works. My read is that IC-Works and Orbit will wait on the sidelines and pickup what they can if IMPX ever goes Ch11. Rockwell also might be a buyer but weve seen what they pay (Brooktree and Weitech). Of course LinFinity could spin off from SYMM and then they might be interested (they already have a small bipolar fab but really need BICMOS to compete).

Anyway, I'm backing management and expect them to turn this company around.
