David: I don't think you are being "pedantic". But I do think you are being silly. You know you are right. I know you are right. And you know I know that you are right. But I think you also already know that I was referring strictly to cash.

C'mon, David. I hope you are not assuming that I have never looked at the balance sheet. Don't forget that I was the one who alerted you to the deferred revenue issue in the first place. Now you forgive me if I am being pedantic !...

However, I do agree that "outstanding bills" was not the proper phrase for me to use. Maybe I should have written that "if the company paid all its over-due bills" -- or that "if the company paid all the bills it is already late on" -- out of the cash it has it would then have less than 2 mill left.

Would my comments have made more sense then ? Geezzz, you are picky...

: )

What do you think of bankruptcy ?

>>> My guess? CA takes Centura's assets, including the services revenue stream, (thereby being in a position to fulfil the Def Rev commitments), and pays off the AP. The cost to them is already significant - $11m debt forgiveness, $11m in AP - and the Current Assets would then cover the Deferred Revenues nicely.... <<<

Sounds plausible to me. Just one question. What happens to the 25 mill in tax credits under this scenario ? Make that two questions if you don't mind. How would this scenario affect share value ? Thanks.
