That is a choice one. He has called the start of hyperinflation twice so far. And got it wrong both times. That is because all of his 'knowledge' is superficial, basically headline material. He didn't bother to look at the underlying economy. Because if he did, he would have seen that deflation was still in the cards.

And still is. Now, personally, I don't think it is all that likely, although it cannot be ruled out. Say, for example, Israel attacks Iran, causing oil to spike up $100 a barrel.
