I'd be very careful on this one. "Sir Alexx" has spammed a number of threads with identical messages, as well as starting this one. On one thread, he claims to have bought in at $1; a couple of months ago he said the stock was expected to start trading at $2-3 (where it apparently did). The spread is enormous: $1.625 to $2.625. Good for market makers, terrible for everyone else. Yesterday's action indicated that only MM's were selling out of their stock (no buys at less than $2.125, despite the offer), and very low volume anyway.

"Sir Alexx" looks lawyered up on how to make disclaimers, yet I believe him that he got in at $1. No one could have bought at this price on the open market, as far as I can tell. Draw your own conclusions.
