Curly:

-you wrote-
"I'll also send a copy to the SEC and everyone else with an interest in tracking down the short parasites should as well. "

I've had some really good experiences dealing with David Bassham, an SEC investigator. He happens to cover the region that Cymer is in. If you send the email to the general address in post#8320 it will tend to get temporarily lost like a letter with no zip code designation. I also recommend calling Mr. Bassham and introducing yourself. He is a VERY good listener. His email address is:

bassham@sec.gov

and his phone number is: 213-965-3880

Regards...Craig

Curly,

My copy of your letter is sent to the SEC, with CC's to Monty & Montgomery. Good luck to all.

Best Regards,
Tom

Curly and All: Earnings question. I posted this yesterday and have not got a response yet. Curly is busy here on the thread. Anyone else want to take a stab? I think it is a priority to evaluate all earnings estimates to make sure we all are not missing something. I am trying to figure out what I am missing. Anyone?

"Curly: With reference to the following post where you conservatively estimate 73%
revenue growth from 1997 ($209.6m) to 1998 ($363.3m), help me understand your
thinking given that Angus said in the NYT article that he expected "sales growth of 40
percent next year."
