You know, GS, that she will remember this Earth Day for the rest of her life. First, it's time she will spend with her Dad on a one on one, all day....and second, you will be able to teach her about many things, and sharing your experience. 275 years ago, this country was just a glimmer of hope. Today, we have so many accomplishments that people don't flee this country, but rather, many break our laws to come here in the hope they can stay. I'm in favor of that, as long as they come in legally. History is such a great teacher and brings hope for the future. Kids are just as smart as adults, but they just don't have the same experience as adults...you'll be providing that! Have a great day with her! I'll spend the day with my daughter explaining the virtues of free market capitalism and what it's accomplished to improve the human condition and environment of America. That's a true "Earth Day".
