I have always understood where Brumar comes from since back in the day. So I try to respect his right to opinion. Do I understand how he can keep his beliefs from running like melted icing off the sides of a cake? NO.

I have given up trying to understand how faith can treat facts as though they were pickets on a fence with only 3000 years of wear and needing only a bit of white wash to be like new.

Oh I'm not Catholic. My only experience with the church was to attend a wedding in one once. Oh, and also hearing and reading the anti-Catholicism of Catholics. I find that amazing. And as I've said, overwrought.
