would that be on top of the 1.78% on gross proceeds excise tax on all sales of real estate....? wow... another proof of the commies lack of reason.... no tax is enough to pay for the greed of the commies who see no limit to their wild spending. what is the matter with giving REAL free market a chance... i mean after all, these kommies just keep failing and failing and just keep on adding taxes regardless of their impact on producers.... yeah it's time for real revolution with dead people (especially banksters, politicians, bureaucrats, and all their sympathizers ) call me when done, i am on the furthermost island in the south seas (within the warm zones)
