That's the trouble with articles that are emailed to you. I almost never post any. Snopes is a good place to check, but realize that it is Left wing oriented.

I usually high light the Lede and search using "Google top result." That usually pops up the real source.

I should have known the WSJ would not print that.

We are all prone to biting on bait that reflects our views, even if it's just a plastic frog. Sometimes we bite on a real frog that's just from another pond.

The article was accurate, but the author did it no favors by falsely claiming the WSJ venue.
