It is not without facts....Mass. citizens like their plan...so Mass doctors....check the polls. "Supplement medicare insurance is costing people i know in ma. $500.+ monthly." That may or may not be true, but you haven't provide proof via links and also Medicare pays at least 80% of everything except drugs which is additional as Part D....Medicare is very popular around the nation, even with Teabagers... I don't use a Medicare supplement. "Why has major hospitals refused new patients for primary care like mass general hospital?" I find no evidence of this on Google...but hospitals inc Mass Gen can refuse patients who refuse treatments prescribed by the hospital... If this is true, why have they refused those patients??? " I assume part of the reason may be mandated medical coverage procedures that they are paying for because of the state laws." You assume??? I doubt that Mass. mandates more than Medicare...except for insurance requirement..
