except now is not even close to a good time to be arguing for tax increases. Hmmmm. Perhaps. I think the effort by Bill Gates Senior to impose a State income tax here in Washington will be interesting to watch. We have had great success in voting these down in the past - but the fervor against high end wage earners might give this one more chance? Washington economy is just screaming so most of the state isn't feeling the down turn like other areas.
