is it or is it not an 'entitlement' just like SS? iow, medicare recipients paid into the fund....why are they being denied reimbursement? it seems to me .gov cannot treat one any differently than the other....and be equitable....oh wait....never mind

In regards to Value Added Tax, I have a question. As I understand it, a VAT is applied to every step of a product from raw material to finished product. If that is correct, how would it be applied to products made overseas, especially China, since their products come onshore boxed and ready to go...

...Until their brilliant engineering (Is that Chinese or American) buckles under their inferior (Chinese, I'm sure) materials, that is.
