Sonny, Re: M.Holland's INTC rec. Hi, been off-line for a week, just returned from extensive work project, caught up on posts, saw CNBC Bull session. Holland has been bullish on INTC for months, as you know. I posted a month ago that we'll get feel for market in general, INTC in particular, around T-giving. Also, it's my contrarian views that encourages me when all the noise is negative about INTC, esp. the sub $1000 argument. It may be painful, has been since August, but the turnaround is coming. Traders can gamble, TA seems to show support at or near these levels, but since INTC has really been a dead stock since February,(after all the ups and downs), we need a consensus of negativity for my predicted rise, which we will see by the SPRING!! OTOTOT Re: ?s on UIS -- Basing nicely here. I speak from experience that this company is going to move--hiring, interviewing brilliant Senior Eng. students at Ivy Schools (trust me), to beat the band. New contracts being signed all the time. rumors of buy-outs (probably nonsense) just showing forward-growth projections. This is NOT the same company of 3 to 5 to 10 years ago, notwithstanding what some who've posted may think. It should be up 60% & more in 6 to 12 mos.(already up 25% since Aug.,). At 16 it's a buy IMO. They can't get enough qualified people to fill the positions reqd. OTOTOT Again, from pers. experience, IBM, HWP, drug cos., investment firms recruiting comp. sci. seniors big-time. It's INSANE. Colleges have seen the future and it is TECHNOLOGY!! Only questions will be winners and losers. INTC will be the winner, and the govt. will not screw them anymore. BTW, CPQ in portfolio @ 64, will hold thru' 98. Kind Regards, Royco
