Crab Daddy -- FYI -- Drilling rigs DRILL. They don't PUMP. They make the hole and go on to another site to drill another hole. THen if there is a find, the oil companeis come in and "develop" the field by setting a platform and drilling additional delineation wells with a platform rig. This is a rig that sits on the platform and is not considered a "mobile" rig. This misconception is common in the press, but I thought I taught you better than that!!
