K MAC, the CFO told me that they are not allowed to comment on unapproved drugs, nor are they allowed to conduct internal head-to-head tests (no pun intended, although puns are a dime a dozen with this stock) with unapproved drugs without going through the four phase clinical trials. This is why you arn't hearing Vivus screaming about comparative effectiveness.
