Or the rest of the country, sans ca, nv, az, is lagging FL. I don't agree. New England, the mid Atlantic and TX are doing great. PNW ditto. Even Cleveland had price appreciation YOY last month. FLA has been lagging badly. And AZ and NV have not done so well either. I think that's why your outlook is more negative. I think AZ and FLA are too dependent on construction employment and need to diversify more. Actually, some places are lagging... some never went up that much in the first place. True......and they didn't go down that much.
