Foxconn doesn't make chips but they do use Q chipsets in phones they ODM/OEM for others.

Doubt if foxconn makes chips. they are either a contract manufacturer (CM), contract design manufacturerer (CDM) or an ODM, original design manufacturer - not a semi fab.
