Nonsense....I live here and I see what is going on...prices are down...waaaaaay down...sales are sluggish....the commercial market has not hit bottom yet...financing is extremely difficult, foreclosures, residential and commercial, remain high.....

Prices are down everywhere.......that's a given. Sales are not sluggish in NH. They were sluggish until last fall. That's changed. Its still a buyers' market but things are getting better.

I just sold an office tower at auction which was originally financed at $16.4 million. The Bank took it back at half that and the best third party bid was a million dollars less than that....Those kinds of losses are common....and they are not sustainable....

I thought you were a RE attorney. Commercial is a lagging indicator. Its the last portion of real estate to get cleaned up. Vacancy rates in major cities are just starting to peak.
