Yes but it is all handled by the Feds except in Quebec where it is a separate filing .. (unless they've changed, I've been gone >20 years) Provincial amounts vary so the forms by province vary..

EDIT: since we will be running a big federal deficit up here for the next few years at best.. I expect that the GST portion will be increased to 7% where it started from, presently 5%.. ie 14% consumption tax.. Approaching European standards :O)

Here's a nice income tax calculator (federal + provincial) for Canada. BC looks pretty good relative to other provinces.
