The only thing I know about Ogalalla is that Sprague used tom have a large capacitor factory there.

As noted in the article, the Ogallala has been talked about for years. Decades. When I saw the title, I knew what the article was about.


That's our bread basket. Is there enough rainfall to make it worth building some reservoirs and taking the pressure off the aquifer?
