Only if one or all of the current 16 analysts rating ASND as a strong buy or buy downgrades the stock (as compare to 11 who have it as hold, and 2 that have it as a sell or a strong sell!), in which case the rally would happen the day after the downgrade!!

Perhaps a little of sarcasm/kidding with regard to these analysts but also perhaps some truth too as discussed earlier!
