Yeah, like no business ever had employees caught surfing the web for porno. As if bailed-out titans of US industry were paragons of virtue and efficiency, as their management paid millions in shareholder money to fly in their executive jets to golf, with Tiger Williams.

Like there never was a fornicating priest, or a crooked crop.

"Government is the enemy." Commerce is your friend: ethical, hard-working and true.

Like Rand's capitalism is competitive, when regulators and governments have spent decades busting price-fixing and cartels.

Theoretical hogwash. Businesses love a monopoly. They love gouging their customers, and will risk jail to do so. They hide from honest disclosure. And more than anything else, they hate competition.

Some are great. Most aren't bad. Many are criminal.

Wall Street will save Main Street. Promise! You just gotta believe, and get the cops to quit bothering the robbers.

We'll all be fine! Rules and regulation are the enemy: trust us. We have your best interest at heart... always.

Your saviors,

Rand, Enron and Greenspan

Jim

I knew I was in the wrong job. I wonder what the civil service exam is like for that duty.

those seem to be the bush appointees. you know, the regulators put in place to intentionally ruin regulation for free market profit (Franks "Wrecking Crew").
