Did you lie?

I tried to be as honest as possible, otherwise the result would be worthless. I think part of my good result was timing, part was the fact that I never smoked and they put so much weight on that answer (they never asked if I killed brain cells doing drugs in my youth). I'm sure my results were helped by the fact that I've lost 45 pounds in the last year and I exercise every day (The Wii Fit calculates my "Wii Fit age" anywhere between 20-35 on a regular basis now, whereas 5 months ago I sometimes got a fit age in the 60s- I'm 55). I'm sure my results on that longevity test would have been much lower last year when I was not in the great shape I am in today.

Living longer ain't always a good thing. I have a good friend who once told me that if I lived to be 300 years old I'd be begging someone to kill me. The longer I live, the more I agree with that statement.
