Ten,
No problem...you will get a few extra weeks income while you train your Indian replacement and then since you obviously have been a valued employee you should get a nice severance package which will easily allow you to go to India and get your old job back because of your significant skill set. No doubt you will find Indian pay scales, benefits, living costs and conditions "liberating".

Now wait a moment. Didn't you make the claim that because minimum wage workers are no more productive than they were 30 years ago, they didn't deserve to make more?
