Much as I like Tebow, I agree with the analysts who say he is not an NFL quarterback. He has spent his life playing football one way, and now he is supposed to change the way he plays in a period of months ... not going to happen. If it was that easy NFL quarterbacks would be a dime a dozen.

Imo he is a 3-4 year project for Denver which means he was a wasted pick.
