I don't recall reading that the SPA would be null and void after three days, what section? Plus, what would NITs motivation be for signing a "sham" SPA? Nothing happened with the sales exec because he doesn't start until they have $5 million in funding. Which makes sense becuase they don't need a sales exec until they actually have a product to sell. What is your view on the contract with Affinitas? Looks like their preparing to field significant call volume. And Vistal?
