its crap. you can go the the t's web site and add up the numbers. its spin. he's referencing some made up specificity for dumbeddown nation. just like the miraculous housing number.. best number since 1967. ROFL!!!!!!!!! but these statements are made as a prelude to more spending, not because they are true or false. and we will see, they we can now luxeriously spend more, because we, spent less, which in fact, we did not. i'd like to punch that little prick in his nuts. on the housing number oh really? anything well below zero that goes to x, easily can be said to be the best number since kennedy was shot. but that isn't saying much. but i digress.
