Thanks for this most informative post on SCALPEL progress. My read of this is that LU is roughly at the same stage as Graham Bell ("Watson come here") relative to the Cellular phone. LU concedes two or so generations of DUV litho before SCALPEL can be considered as viable option -- read this to mean year 2010, at the earliest. Tulvio
