They can be applied anywhere but they are weak everywhere.

If they where not applicable to health care than the point I'm arguing against would somehow be false or unacceptable. I wouldn't say that's true, just that it doesn't support any serious conclusion.

And questions about health care in the context of the recent law, and other "reform" attempts, and other government determined systems in other countries, are political questions at least as much as they are health care questions. If you want to get the politics out of it you need to get the government out of it.
