Marxism and Nazism proclaimed nothing. They are not people. Minor point. Marxists and Nazis proclaimed their philosophies scientific. There. ------------------------------------ When the world was at crisis having discovered atomic energy the scientific community reluctantly broke their NEUTRALITY in how their knowledge was used and made their views known to the politicians. One of them was named Einstein and you may have heard of him. They knew the scientists on the other side would be doing the same and realized the American ones better do it too. -------------------------------- If there was a God, scientists would be the closest to him, her, or it. Science seeks to KNOW THE TRUTH...not to protect some belief passed on from a parent or a culture or a superstitious shaman. If you think science is always just an objective search for truth, you're wrong. BTW Did you know Darwin's father was an athiest?
