Hey, another thought! I know the web is growing and all, but for all its hoopla, for everyone I know that has a computer, I also know 5 other people that DONT have a computer. AMZN is limited to the market it can create on the internet. ALL the other booksellers can be everywhere at once.....superstores , malls, AND the internet. AMZN has a much smaller audience than any of the other booksellers,......ever think of that?

Bill, the hype on this thread reminds me of the RACE thread....right before it tanked from $24 to $5! I hope it's not to late to "pile on" AMZN! I hope it runs back to $60 next Monday & Tuesday. I'll short it and then see ya at $20 or less! Longs, don't get me wrong, I like the concept and have purchased books thru Amazon.com, but come on, $100 per share...I don't think so! Don't fall in love with the stock...preserve your gains.

William-

In retrospect this was a bad deal. I hope you didn't get burned too badly....
