Agreed, Kenneth,

I too am going to sell my shares (although I made a decent profit
over the last 6 mos) tomorrow. This company is full of BS (IMHO)
and is really only worth about 75 cents/share given the crazy
amount of shares they have. To justify this valuation, with the
slim margins they have they will have to sell >50 million
SPARQs next year, which will happen when hell freezes over.

Best Regards,
Kunal

Kenneth, I can understand your frustration. I am a little surprised however that you weren't aware of the full extent of the share dilution. I thought some of us Syquest bears were doing a pretty good job at keeping the thread properly warned.

I'm glad however that the Motley Fool chose to issue their comments - perhaps a few more investors will do their DD and read those boring but informative SEC filings before plunking down their hard-earned cash on a stock like Syquest.

BTW, FWIW, My calcultations currently show Syquest shares "accounted for" well in excess of the Motley Fool calculations. If you were to also add in current and future (very near future) management, employee and director stock options, the number really gets out-of-hand.

So, it's no secret why the EdHeads need to increase the authorized to 240 million (and their portion as well), they've simply run out of the "paper money" you spoke about. Perhaps that reverse stock split Joe mentioned is closer than we think.

Regards - Dale
