People on this board have been assuring us for over a month that the $10M is a "few days away", or that the "wire transfer is in progress" or that the "money has been delayed by regulators", etc., etc. etc. None of this was true and it was very deceiving. We should be extremely angry about this. Hey locationboy, why don't you explain these lies instead of calling me names? I know why. Because you can't explain them so all you can do is try and discredit anyone with valid concerns about LBAS's situation and integrity. This $10M Stock Purchase Agreement (SPA) is a great example of something very questionable. Everyone on this board should question the situation surrounding this SPA. It is extremely unusual for parties to sign an unrealistic SPA like this and not take the first step to execute it. It seems like there is an ulterior motive. If deception doesn't cross your mind then you are extremely naive. LBAS is a company in a desperate financial situation with a stock price plummeting. They will do or say anything to create the perception that they are on the brink of turning this around. All I want is to know what is really going on, so let's take off our rose colored glasses and be real.

One more thing locationboy, your comment regarding buying $10M worth of shares on the open market being unrealistic shows just how big an idiot you are. Of course they can't buy stock on the open market but that is not a good thing. Here is a bit of Microcap stock 101 for everyone. If no one can buy OR SELL any significant stock on the open market without significantly affecting price on this stock, this is an indication of a micorcap that has an artificially supported stock price. The market makers and insiders are controlling this stock. For companies with a real valuation, you could easily trade 1% of the total stock without significantly affecting price. There is no way you could do this at LBAS. 1 million shares would send the stock to pennies a share. There is no true liquidity for this investor, and experienced investors know this, even if you guys don't. This is why there is a much greater discount than 12% on a stock like this and much more than 25% warrant coverage to sweeten the deal. MOre proof that the SPA in the 10Q is a sham. Live and learn locationboy.
