good guess, but no...they are positioning themselves as beneficiaries through operational cost efficiencies... ignoble largesse is the term routinely used to describe the behind the scenes replacement for what used to be described as the invisible hand of capitalism... its all the arranging going on ahead of wide spread realization that something is happening... under the current structure, compartmentalism is the primary unit of occupancy...where paychecks are earned as payment for services rendered and plausible deny ability is sustained by the absence of necessity, to use peripheral vision..enabling the elitists know best, run amuck functions, to thrive and repeat. PS...its up to RTS and the solar short to answer...as they should presume to understand the positions they take.
