The latest CBS News/ New York Times poll released yesterday shows that as many as 34 percent of Americans think Mr. Obama raised taxes. Probably because he did. First the tobacco tax increase. Then he signed in to law all the tax increases (and fines or fees or other forms of "revenue enhancement") that where part of Obamacare. Let me challenge you. Find a place in the world where there are no taxes and then move to it so you can live the remaining years of your life in peace.
