There is no excuse for poor customer service.

However, did you ever call Microsoft for help? They never heard of a toll free line. Yet people still buy their products big time.

Even MSN online just about makes you jump through hoops for help. (ok, so I know this wasn't a good example).

The point is: I'm not condoning Iomega's customer service. However, people still flock to buy it. And, they just did announce the hiring of a new management team to look into this. So, hopefully, they'll improve in this area very soon.
