Back in my "Libertarian Anarchist" days in the 70/80 period, I was basically Isolationist. That's still a part of the Libertarian Right. I turned Interventionist after 911.

Ron Paul is still part of that movement.

Our realization that it will take a century, at least, for Islamic countries to modernize has come out of our experience of the last nine years.

Add to that the utter failure of Foreign Aid, and it is obvious we should be more "realistic" with our Foreign adventures.

I think Riehl's intent was to smear Rand Paul by association by bringing up Alex Jones and that Kokesh character. A little unseemly, didn't the Stalinists do that?
